Year 6 – Spring Term 2012

We made Garden Guides as part of our work on Persuasive Writing.

Book Review

Year 6 has recently begun to make good use of Reading Journals. We might choose to write about the book we are currently reading (as Shirley has here) or make recommendations, character sketches etc.

Year 6 have been working hard to produce their own books. Some children have written a prologue or a brief character resume for their readers. We have learnt that writing is hard work! it needs thought, careful planning and commitment. Watch out J.K. Rowling and co!

Year 6 Life

As part of PSHE we all thought about our journey through Our Lady of Grace and beyond. We feel more confident now and ready to tackle up and downs of life.
