The school follows the complaints procedure of Greenwich Education Authority.

In the first instance complaints should be made to your child’s class teacher.  If you feel your complaint has not been satisfactorily dealt with, then you should see the Headteacher.

The Headteacher will deal with more serious complaints in the first instance and if the complaint is not satisfactorily resolved, it may be raised with the Governors.
