On Thursday 28th September Year 6, hosted our annual Macmillan Coffee Morning. Right now, more than 3 million people are living with cancer in the UK. By 2030, this figure will rise to 4 million. MacMillan works to help everyone with cancer live life as fully as they can by providing physical, financial, and emotional support.

Over the past year, members of our school community have been directly impacted by cancer, so this coffee morning held an even bigger place in our hearts. The morning was a great success, thanks to all the wonderful parents and families who donated cakes, and we raised a total of £176. The cake donations were so awesome that we were able to hold an impromptu cake sale after school.

A big thank you to everyone who donated cakes and all those who bought one after school.
