EYFS Road Safety Workshops
We had a road safety workshop today where we learnt all about the rules of the road. We were taught a clever chant to help us
remember, “we stop, look, listen, think and hold hands.” We learnt that police, ambulance and fire trucks are allowed to ‘break the
rules’ and not stop at a red light. In groups, we took turns to practice crossing the ‘road’ safely. We got to hold objects to help us
remember that we have to, stop, look, listen and think.
